How a Dubai Hospitality Group Migrated Google Workspace During a Rebrand with Zero Downtime

Challenge
A Dubai hospitality group was going through a full corporate rebrand, which meant moving the entire team from its old email domain to a brand-new Google Workspace domain. Email is the operational backbone of a hospitality business — reservations, supplier orders and management all run through it — so the migration had to happen without losing a single message or interrupting daily operations.
The group needed every mailbox, along with its full history, moved cleanly to the new domain, with no downtime during service hours and no risk of bounced or lost email during the cutover.
Solution
NOCKO planned a staged Google Workspace migration. We built a complete source-to-target mapping of every user account, provisioned the new domain, and used Google's data migration tooling to copy all mail and history into the new mailboxes while the old system stayed live and untouched.
Once every mailbox was verified against the source, we scheduled the DNS and MX cutover for an off-peak window so the switch to the new domain was invisible to staff and guests. Passwords and access were reset on handover to keep the new tenant secure from day one.
Results
